Mike is a proven medical technology executive who joined Laborie in 2017 as President & CEO. Prior to joining Laborie, Mike held the role of Chief Commercial Officer for Smith & Nephew, leading global commercial operations for a $4.8 billion medical technology company. He also served as President of its Advanced Surgical Devices Division, comprised of the Orthopedic, Trauma and Endoscopy businesses and President of the Endoscopy Business Unit. Mike’s previous experience includes executive leadership roles at Kendall Healthcare, Tyco Healthcare, and CEO of MicroGroup, a privately-held medical manufacturing business.

Paul joined Laborie in 2018 as COO responsible for Global Operations – Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Technical Support. In 2019 he was also appointed to serve as Laborie’s CFO. Prior to joining Laborie, Paul held the role of Senior Vice President & GM of Orthopedic Products for Cardinal Health. He also held numerous Executive roles in Finance, Commercial and Operations at Smith & Nephew, both in Europe, Australia and the United States. Paul holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Leeds and is a chartered accountant.

Andrea joined Laborie in 2018 as our Chief Human Resources Officer responsible for Talent Management, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Internal Communications. Prior to joining Laborie, Andrea held roles of increasing responsibility within Human Resources over 14 years at Smith & Nephew. Most recently, she was responsible for leading the HR integration of various acquisitions across Smith & Nephew as well as leading the expansion of Global Business Services. Andrea graduated from the University of Massachusetts and holds a degree in Business.

Mike joined Laborie in October 2021 as Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing Global Marketing and Sales channels for all business units. Prior to joining Laborie, Mike was President of the Medical Business Unit (Medivators) at Cantel Medical, where he was responsible for the segment’s long-term strategic direction, product development, market assessment, acquisition identification and execution, and overall general management and P&L. Mike’s career spans over 25 years of commercial leadership within the Medical Device industry including roles at Smith & Nephew and Boston Scientific. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Program.

Dan leads New Product Development, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and Reimbursement. Dan joined Laborie in 2018 through the Cogentix acquisition, where he led R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and Reimbursement Services. During his 4 years with Cogentix, he also led Healthcare Affairs and held other senior level positions. Prior to Cogentix, Dan was a Sr. Director of Clinical Affairs at St Jude Medical. He graduated from Northwestern University in Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering.

George joined Laborie in 2020 as General Counsel. George is responsible for Legal & Compliance, and serves as Company Secretary across Laborie. Prior to Laborie, George held many senior legal roles within the legal department at Smith & Nephew. He was also the principal of his own law firm for several years, with Laborie being a key client. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Kelley brings 30 years of experience managing the offices of C-level executives and Presidents. She joined Laborie after 21 years with Smith & Nephew, a publicly-traded medical device company. Her background includes a decade with Daly & Company, a privately-held professional services firm where she held various positions including Office Manager, Vice President of Operations and General Manager. Early in her career she supported senior partners of international accounting and law firms from their Boston offices. Kelley has a degree from Bryant University.

Nicole Boser
Vice President, Quality and Regulatory

Nicole oversees global quality systems and all regulatory efforts to ensure compliance to international standards. She joined Laborie in 2018 through the acquisition of Cogentix Medical and has over 20 years of experience leading quality and regulatory affairs at companies like Johnson & Johnson. Nicole is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.

Vice President, Manufacturing

Andre Robinson is the Manufacturing leader for all Laborie facilities, including Health & Safety, throughout North America and Europe. He joined Laborie in 2021 as a Plant Manager and leads strategies to support ongoing quality improvement, cost reduction and repeatable efficiencies in manufacturing processes. Andre is a United States Army veteran with over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and operations.

Scott Lemons
Vice President, Supply Chain & Operational Excellence

Vice President, Supply Chain & Operational Excellence

Scott leads Operational Excellence, the Project Management Organization, and Global Supply Chain, focusing on global procurement and product distribution. He joined Laborie in 2020 after holding several leadership positions with increasing responsibilities at Kimberly-Clark and Tyco. Scott holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
