Chris has over three decades of executive leadership experience in the healthcare and medical technology sectors and served on Laborie’s Board of Directors for two years before becoming President & CEO in 2025. Prior to joining Laborie, Chris served as CEO of NeoGenomics Laboratories, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, and Cochlear Limited, where he led transformative growth and innovation. He has also held several board positions across both private and public companies. He has a proven record of leading global, customer-focused teams to drive growth, improve margins, and execute strategic priorities and is passionate about building a culture rooted in patient/customer centricity and high performance.

Paul joined Laborie in 2018 as COO responsible for Global Operations – Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Technical Support. In 2019 he was also appointed to serve as Laborie’s CFO. Prior to joining Laborie, Paul held the role of Senior Vice President & GM of Orthopedic Products for Cardinal Health. He also held numerous Executive roles in Finance, Commercial and Operations at Smith & Nephew, both in Europe, Australia and the United States. Paul holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Leeds and is a chartered accountant.

Andrea joined Laborie in 2018 as our Chief Human Resources Officer responsible for Talent Management, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Internal Communications. Prior to joining Laborie, Andrea held roles of increasing responsibility within Human Resources over 14 years at Smith & Nephew. Most recently, she was responsible for leading the HR integration of various acquisitions across Smith & Nephew as well as leading the expansion of Global Business Services. Andrea graduated from the University of Massachusetts and holds a degree in Business.

Jennifer joined Laborie in April 2024 as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all global operations, manufacturing, and supply chain functions. Before joining Laborie, Jennifer held the role of Executive Vice President Global Operations and ESG for Integer Holdings Corporation, one of the largest medical device outsource (MDO) manufacturers in the world serving the cardiac, neuromodulation, vascular, and portable medical markets. She also served as President of Integer’s Electrochem and Power Solutions businesses. Jennifer has over 30 years of experience leading manufacturing operations, supply chain, and engineering teams including 12 years at General Motors/ Delphi Corporation. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Buffalo and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Nicole oversees global quality systems and all regulatory efforts to ensure compliance to international standards. She joined Laborie in 2018 through the acquisition of Cogentix Medical and has over 20 years of experience leading quality and regulatory affairs at companies like Johnson & Johnson. Nicole is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.

George joined Laborie in 2020 as General Counsel. George is responsible for Legal & Compliance, and serves as Company Secretary across Laborie. Prior to Laborie, George held many senior legal roles within the legal department at Smith & Nephew. He was also the principal of his own law firm for several years, with Laborie being a key client. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.
