I am pleased to present Laborie’s third annual Sustainability Report, highlighting our global efforts in 2025. Because our manufacturing processes are not energy-intensive, energy use and related emissions remain relatively stable year after year. While many of our facilities are leased, limiting direct control over some emissions sources, we remain committed to improving energy efficiency and reducing emissions across our operations. Women in Leadership ERG
Laborie’s Women in Leadership ERG promotes professional growth and leadership development while advancing gender equity across the organization. In 2025, women held 35% of leadership roles, and ERG membership grew to 93 employees.
Increase Global Female Leadership
At the end of 2025, women represented 35% of Laborie’s global leadership team, up 2% from the previous year. This progress was supported through inclusive hiring practices and the continued growth of the Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group (ERG).
Increase Minority Representation
Laborie is committed to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of the customers and patients it serves. In 2025, minority representation in U.S. sales reached 43.7%, up 1% from the previous year, supported by a continued focus on equitable hiring practices.
