HRAM Case Interpretation
Interactive webinar that allows users of LABORIE HRAM software to submit a case for online interpretation together with Dr. Emma Carrington.
Doctors can submit a case minimum three days in advance to Laborie by emailing the patient file to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This means you can submit a difficult case and interpret the tracing together online. Doctors who have submitted a case are present, but other interested participants are also welcome.

ABOUT DR. CARRINGTON
Dr. Emma Carrington is a Honorary Clinical Lecturer and Colorectal Registrar at the GI (Colorectal) Physiology Unit at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary University London. She has extensive clinical and academic of the physiological investigation of lower gastrointestinal disorders, with a particular interest in High Resolution Anorectal Manometry (HRAM).
Research interests are focussed on the pathophysiology and treatment of functional colorectal disorders. Principal areas of interest are: development and standardisation of investigations of lower GI function, assessment of anorectal sensory pathways in health and disease; evaluation of novel therapies for both constipation and incontinence.
Clinically, Emma has expertise and long experience in performing numerous tests of colorectal function / morphology, including anorectal and colonic manometry, endo-anal ultrasound, proctography, and sensory testing. She is a founder member of the International Anorectal Physiology Working Group into standardisation of diagnostic testing.Register
