The Position:
You will be responsible for establishing the global marketing strategy for your product line, both for new and existing products: product portfolio management, new product development proposals, product positioning and pricing proposal. You will report to the VP of Marketing.
- To perform market research in order to get a detailed view of customers’ needs, market potential and competition offer
- To assist in creating reimbursement strategies
- To work as a project leader to establish marketing specifications based on customer, market and competitor knowledge
- To translate product and services needs into detailed and comprehensive marketing requirements to the engineering and Operation teams
- To provide project coordination and follow-up along the project duration
- To validate the different project phases with affiliates, customers and other stakeholders
- To develop and implement launch strategies, including launch package
- To train sales force
The Profile:
You have a graduate degree type Business School, University or Engineering School and at least 7 years sales experience.
You have 3-5 years experience in healthcare marketing and have been involved in product development.
You have demonstrated creativity to provide solutions to new and difficult challenges.
You have excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
You have the availability to travel frequently.
Customer focus, Value Creation and Teamwork are the key competencies that are required on this position to be successful.
